Hi! My name is Sanbei and I am the boss of the house! My team and I are running this AirBnB business in San Gabriel, CA. If you are looking for a place to stay for short term, feel free to stay in the house with me! However, there are some rules for the guests! I will list it down below. If you can follow the rules, feel free to book it! If you cannot comply with it, please skip this AirBnB! thank you!

The house is a two story house located in a quiet neighborhood, so it is quiet most of time. Especially at night, it is super quiet. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the one! My team keeps everything clean and tidy, so I can ensure you the cleaniness and comfortability if you want to stay here.

 

I am in the back of the house, you can come to say hi to me. Feeding me with fresh fruits is allowed, but don't feed me too much. I tend to ask for more, but don't give it to me! You do not have to say hi to me, and you do not have to say hi to anyone in the house. It is all your preference!
