My AirBnB instruction
Prior to your arrival:
I will be sending you two passwords. One is to the door, and another is to the room.
At Check in:
- When you arrive, please park on the street! Parking is free, but be aware of street sweeping on Tuesday and Wednesday (hours from 9am to 1pm) on one side of the street each day
- These are the instructions for you, please watch carefully.

- No need to lock the door, since it will lock itself, but please remember to close the door!
- Your room will be upstairs, I will tell you which room you will be staying before your check in time!
At Your Stays:
- Please be quiet all the time!
- Feel free to explore the area!
- Do not wear outdoor shoes in the building! You can wear slippers on the bottom shelf of shoe rack or bear footed.
Shoe rack is labelled, you can wear the slippers put on the rack labels "guest" and left your outdoor shoes on the shoe rack labels room 1/2/3'

- we have light sensors in the house and outside the house, and we can left the entrance light open if you're going home late
At Checkout:
- Remember to take away all your belongings with you!
- Throw all the trash away. Trash can is outside
(black for trash, green for grass and leftover food, blue for recyclable stuff)
- Leave your door open, so I know you checked out!

Kitchen:
I’m sorry, kitchen is not accessible for our guests. My mom doesn’t want to share her kitchen with anyone, for example, me.
Pricing:
Room #1: $65 - $85
Room #2 & #3: $55 - $75
Room Settings:
- Room #1 would be 2 firm twin beds (35in*75in), you can request to put them together to form a shorter version of king bed for additional $10. room size will be 232 sq ft (exclude closet and bathroom).
- Room #2 would be an extra firm queen size bed (60in*80in) with memory foam topper. room size will be 160 sq ft (exclude the closet)
- Room #3 would be a regular queen size bed (60in*80in). room size will be 162 sq ft (exclude the closet)
Each room accommodates up to 2 people. i know the room can fit more than 2, but we can only accept 2 people max in each room.
Shoerack:
We have a shoerack for our guests, feel free to use it. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the building. Failure to comply with the rule might result in additional cleaning fees.
We provide clean slippers on the shoerack (behind the door) Feel free to use it. You can be bear footed or you can wear the indoor slippers at the buttom 2 layers of the rack.

Multiple Room Reservation or Changing Dates Reservation:
always message me first before booking. I can send a request to you to help you save some money. Unless you want to pay more, you are always welcome to reserve it by yourself.
Pillows
We provide 2 sets of pillows for each room. 2 firm and 2 soft, pick the one you like and have a good night 🙂
Need towels?
We no longer provide towels! if you need towels, we will only charge $10 for each new set (washed bath towel and hand towel) or $5 for each used (cleaned) set on your request.
Privacy
We have camera installed outside the house and inside the house. This place is extremely safe. Do not try to steal things in the public area. we DO report robbery to AirBnB. No Worry! We do not have camera installed in the room due to privacy reasons.
Room Lock
We have digital keypad door knob installed, so you do not need to worry about the keys. I will be providing the pin to you prior to your arrival. Instruction to use the keypad door knob is here: https://youtu.be/wApCK0pRaRs
Internet
High Speed Internet will restart at 7 am every morning to ensure reliable connection. Feel free to use our extremely high speed internet! 👍message me if you need the password.
Heater / AC
we turn heater / AC on when needed at night to ensure you have good sleep 🙂
Laundry service
we're sorry, we don't provide laundry service for guests (due to sanitary reasons). As a result, I have located the nearby coin laundry for you. The closest one will be about 3 minutes drive at 305A S San Gabriel Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91776. Theiy are open from 8am-10pm. (reference: google map)
In house supplies store
You don't have to buy anything from us! It would save us some hassel! But if you want something or demand some things, please do not steal, and do not hesitate to ask us for it. We have a tiny little market prepared for our guests. Again, we will not push for sales!

Greetings
You do not have to greet anyone in the house, just feel yourself and keep everything clean and be respectful. We might say hi to you but you are not require to response if you don't feel comfortable🙂
Extra Services
Ask me about it! such as staying for more days, early check in, late check out,...etc. let me know! I try to response to text messages right away, but sometimes I mute myself during the nights. Please bear with me :)
other rules from AirBnb you must obey!
- Smoking: Guests should not smoke inside a listing unless they are allowed to do so by the Host. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. 0 tolerance or I have to let you go!
- Approvals for pets: Guests should not bring any pets inside a listing that is designated as “no pets” in the house rules, bring more pets than are approved into a listing, or fail to inform the Host about any pets brought inside the listing. Note that service animals are not considered pets. Learn more about our rules around service animals in our Accessibility Policy.
- Noise: Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
- Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
